Dr. Wasabi is the ruler of Wasabi World and the main antagonist of the show. He is a piranha and is voiced by Paul Kaye.
History
Wasabi was once a young boy's pet named "Fishy Poo" until he flushed him in the toilet. After many years later, Wasabi became rich and powerful and built his gigantic mall called "Wasabi World", which was the main reason Chickadee Pao/Chick P wanted exact revenge. So, she, along with Sensei/Chuckie Chan and JJ/K.O. Joe, ruined his opening speech.
Appearence
He is a fish that has an astronaut-like attire with water inside. Depending on how many business ventures he went through, Wasabi changes his attire into a variety of themes. For instance, while his main attire was that of a businessman, he also dresses up as anti-hero in Double Trouble, a Greek god consultant in Now You Coliseum, Now You Don't, and both as a romantic billionaire and groom for Siren Sung in Speak Now Or Forever Hold Breath.
Biography
He has control of every place in Wasabi World, yet he has no idea of who the Chop Socky Chooks are. And despite the fact that he hates them, he teams up with the chooks on a few occasions; however, once he is back in control, he attempts to kill them again. His final fate is never clearly explained. As he was last seen being trapped in his HQ that has been flooded because of Bubba. He is armed with his top henchman Bubba, Ninja Chimps, Sentry bots, Wing sentinels and Spy pods. He also has a life-like computer Maximum efficiency. His brain was once sucked out of his head which caused the creation of Lardzilla.

- Wasabi one broke the fourth wall in Chooks of Hazard.
- It is stated that he once dated a blowfish and almost died of it.
- Wasabi was once in love with Siren Sung.
- In Game Over Chooks! Itchy calls him insane, to which he replies simply by adding: “You say that like it's a bad thing. I'm mad, bad, and proud, buddy!”, meaning that he truly knows that he has mental instability and, instead of worrying, is proud of it.
- Sometimes, when Wasabi gets really mad, the water in his helmet boils.
- Wasabi wants hair for a dream, in Big Bad Bubba.
- Wasabi has a drew inspiration for Dr. Neo Cortex from Crash Bandicoot and Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog.
