Chuckie Chan is a character in Chop Socky Chooks. He used to be a student of Master Genshi learning the fighting style "Pow Kung." His daytime job is teaching the youth of Wasabi World his martial arts. He has an old rival known as Kobi, aka Kobura. His fighting clothes are similar to what master martial artists wore. He knows how to use proverbs in almost every episode. His main weapon is his spiritual chi energy. He is voiced by Rob Rackstraw. He is repeatedly shown to be a wise and honorable person, something that is clear to both his team and Chuckie's students. His name is the parody of Jackie Chan.

Chuckie Chan has yellow skin, and he is known for wearing glasses. His hairstyle is similar to that of a rooster; a comb on top, and two flaps on the side that resemble a wattle. As a child, he has worn a white training Chinese cardigan with red cuff links and sash, and black pants. When he got older and became a sensei, Chuckie seems to have grown a mustache and goatee with a bead around it, and had his comb and wattle tied into two buns with one having a pair of chopsticks held in place. His daytime outfit is dark green Chinese cardigan with reddish-orange sash and the same black pants. As a Chook, he changes into his white Chinese cardigan with a black sash. Compared to some, Chuckie is the only character that bears a striking appearance to a rooster.
